Terms and Conditions
Rates are based on double occupancy per night.
Rate per extra person:
Infants from 0 to 5 years old are free of charge....
Note: Sales tax (VAT 13%) must be applied to all rates.
For security reasons, all guests must be registered to access the facilities.
Children must be accompanied at all times when using the pool.
For all reservations, the credit or debit card registered in the system may be charged for any material damage to the facilities and/or rooms during your stay. Please indicate at check-in if there is any damage to the room to avoid incurring additional charges.
Any guest who behaves in an aggressive or threatening manner towards the hotel staff or other guests will be immediately expelled from the premises. The hotel reserves the right of admission.
Pets are allowed in the hotel facilities and rooms $10 or 5,000c, one per unit per night. The property is smoke free according to the current legislation of the Republic of Costa Rica.
Pets

Prohibited inside the pool.
Always accompanied.
With their own food bowl, bed etc.
Prohibited to be left alone in the unit when guests leave.
